1994 Ranger

Hello, I am new to the forum, My daughter has a 1994 Ranger, the shift cable keeps falling of the stud up by the firewall. Does the whole cable have to be replaced or is there a replacement clip available that goes on end of cable. Thanks for any help

Welcome to the forum! You most likely could find a bolt of some sort that would be small enough to thread into the hole if you looked hard enough.
