Replaced transmission 4 months ago, tranny came from 2 door navajo. I didn't notice that their is no weight on tailshaft like on the the 4 dr, versions. wild vibration at 65+. Does this part make a difference?

Please Help,
Keith

Sounds like you better inspect the drive shaft closely for balance or other issues if it is a high speed vibration. Yes that part would help damp vibration, but if you have a wild vibration you have other issues. Of course i am assuming you have already had the tires balanced to rule out a weight having been thrown off of a wheel.

Never had this vibration with old tranny. would new transmission mount also help?

Mount may help as well, but if the vibration is severe you need to find the cause. The mount will not cause a severe vibration. If your driveshaft is not in phase on the u joints that also could. But that only happens if the driveshaft has splines in the middle and you slide them apart and do not get them back in the same place.
Good luck.
