I was thinking about putting a supension lift on my 95 explorer, but when i started looking around for lifts for a 95, i couldnt find a brand that made one for 95, the model years for lift that they have, go up to 94 then skip 95 and go to 96 to current, but my friend told me to find out what the diffrence is between the 94 and the 96, so does anybody know the diffrence between the 94 lifts and the 96 lifts, will either one work on my 95 explorer????, and i dont have leafs spring all around just in the back? PlEASE help i really would like a lift on it?

the 96-01 lift kits will work for your 95. the superlift kit is supposed to be the better of the two kits made for the 95 and later. in addition, for the 95 you will need to order the torsion bar isolators from ford so the kit will work

awsome, thats good to know, will i have any problems installing the kit, like will i have to modify anything??

Thanks for reply

well there are some additional parts (o-rings and such) you should preorder from ford before the install, you can find that info on superlift's site. but no other modifications. i would also change the upper and lower ball joints at the trucks age and maybe the outer tie rods. i know from experience, its worth it, and get the moog greaseable ball joints.
