1995 Explorer XLT 4WD idle problems.

Hello everyone. i am having problems with my 1995 Explorer XLT 4wd. The idle is really low around 500 instead of 1000. can anyone give me a troubleshooting direction on thiis. Thanks

Welcome to this forum! I've moved your thread to the stock 95-01 section. Clean the idle air control.

Also check for vacuum leaks. Look at the vacuum tree on the drivers side by the firewall.
