Hello.
I have a problem with my stock 95 explorer..It seems to only appear during cold weather, but whenever i go from accelerating then slow down, my engine seems to almost sputter as if its going to die, and sometimes it does. I was coming to a rolling stop today and the engine just died on me, I had to put it in park, turn the car off and then back on... Sometimes when I slow down, the engine will sputter like its going to die, but when i press down the gas there is a slight delay and it will jump.
I live in a place with pretty cold weather and harsh winters, it was a big problem and now we've gotten another blast of cold weather and its becoming a big problem.. I already cleaned my throttle body and put some fuel line treatment in also but it didnt seem to help..
Another side-note, when it died today in the middle of the street in traffic, my fuel gauge went down to a quarter of a tank, when I have a half tank..
