Hi,
I have a 1998 ford explorer with factory fog lights which are hazed and cracked. I went to order some depo replacement ones and were told they use h1 bulbs. The fogs i have now use the 893 bulbs, and was wondering if i need a new harness or adapter to get it to work. The person i spoke too wasn't sure if they come with all need. I tried searching online for 880/893 to h1 but couldn't find anything. Can i get a link to what i need or a link to aftermarket ones that use the 800 series bulb?
Thanks

Go with the factory bulb size. Like mine 96 say they are 899. And I wanna convert to hid headlight and fogs. Try amazon if you want hids. I had a Jlm brand on my chevy car. Never had an issue with them. And they were bout $65 shipped :)

if worst comes to it, you can always get a pig tail end for the bulb you need, and splice it to the factory harness. i did that with my sport when i added fogs to it (it didnt come with them from factory, i added them in) and i have a HID H1 bulb in the fogs.
