98 explorer fog light

fog lights stop working . drl still works so i know its not the fuse . csn someone tell me if the relays are number 9 and 10?

it does help... another question the fog relay is in the relay box ? I think it's the first two. I could be wrong

IDK about what number the fog lamp relay is, but it's located in a small black plastic relay box, in the area under the air cleaner, along with the other relays shown.
