Trying to figure out where I'm getting water from on drivers side floor I've pulled the carpet back and noticed that I get water running in left corner behind emergency brake bracket it seems to drip in that corner only I haven't changed a windshield so I don't think it's coming from there I don't think it's coming from under plastic shroud by wipers I did notice between fender and door there is some kind of double foam sleeve with a metal strip in between the layers that's just loose and laying inside between fender and inner firewall thinking water maybe running down off this and entering somewhere in that corner has anyone had similar issues and can help or any ideas to what I should look for so aggravating having to vacuum after it rains THANKS IN ADVANCE

Mine was missing a fire wall plug, put a plug in and problem solved. Do you have a sunroof? Make sure your sunroof drains aren't clogged.

Most new windshields are glued in and the glue is also the seal. The glue gets old and shrinks and cracks. My mother in law's frontier windshield was so bad it left puddles on the dash and the windshield moved when you closed the door. Had somebody come out and remove it, clean everything and re install it and not a problem since. Had a 1st gen eclipse that leaked for the same reason.
