1998 Explorer Sport problem.

I own a 98 Explorer Sport that I've had for a month now and it has begun to make a rough squeaky kind of noise when I do a cold start and it idles low and stalls. I don't even know where to start. Never had this kind of problem. Any ideas?

Is there a check engine light?

Try cleaning the IAC (idle air control) sensor located on top side of the motor. If you search you should be able to find a how to. Pretty easy to do and a common problem.

u can check your MAS (mass airflow sensor) and if your sayin it squeaks too that might just be your belts and pulley's check them out to but for the idling low and stallin that might be your MAS
