1998 explorer wiper motor won't work

Hi guys; Had a 1998 ford explorer sport. The rear wiper has not work for a long
time. I checked all the fuses related to the rear wiper and all the fuses are good. When I push the rear wiper button, I can hear the "click,click" noise come from the electrical distribution box which is located under the hood at
the top left corner of the car. Also,I can hear "click click" noise come from
the rear wiper motor area. Is the motor gone???? Please help.

If there's power to the rear wiper motor and it doesn't work, the wiper motor may be gone.
