First off, Hello Everyone! New here obviously,I have a 1998 For F250 that is a work in progress always, Fixing her up real good, has on board air compressor, and soon will finish the alternator for 110V and welding. Setup cell phone boost,cb with 75-X amp and 10 watt boost backup, six inches of lift help make it to my favorite fishing hole while pulling the 15ft flats. Ah, good times,wanting to put on a snorkel now, and not sure how I want to do this, as I have a cold air intake with the K&N filter. I was thinking of building a box with a plexiglass cover, but the box would be fiberglassed, then come out of that with pvc and route in side my fender and up along the windshield. Has anyone ever tried to run the pipe longer than that and come up behind the cab? This is another idea, but not sure if I would starve my truck for air.
