1998+ Ranger control arms?

im not sure if this has ever been asked or not, but would upper and lower control arms from a 1998+ Ford Ranger work on the 2002-2005 Explorers? im gathering info for a build and would like to know if these would work or not as i cant find anything for the Explorer. oh, im gonna be bagging the truck. thanks!

I'm about to start working with Brandon at BTF to fab up new upper and lower arms for long travel but you can order new upper arms from him now for around $500. You'll need those arms to properly align the front end after a coil spacer lift.

i looked at the BTF website and it looks like its all for lifted trucks. im gonna be bagging one to lay frame...

Yeah there's not really anything out for that. It would have to be custom.
