i was wondering if i turn the torsion bars in the front does this raise the front and back if not please tell me the correct way to achieve this and also how much can i lift it by doing this

Assuming that your truck is stock, it is set up as spring under axle (SUA). If it is SUA then spacers will lower the truck not raise it. To raise the rear you need aals or shackles.
 






Do you mean lift blocks? If you got these they would lower the rear end of you truck because of the leaf springs being under the axle. You will have to get new lift shackles. Warrior 153 are the weapon of choice for lifting the rear end.
