1999 ranger electrical problem

hi, my name is john and i have a 1999 ford ranger that is blowing the park light fuse. i have disconnected each light socket, dimmer switch, radio, instrument panel and replaced the headlight switch. but i am still blowing fuses. i can't find anywhere where a wire is exposed. can you give me any advice? thanks

Check the large 40-pin connector under the truck below the driver seat. Sometimes water gets inside and can cause a variety of problems.
