1999 stock radio not working

1999 stock radio not working . I checked the fuse which was fine. The manuel called for a 10 and there was a 25. Would that make a difference. I am at a loss.

the 99 radios had problems, is it not working at all, dead or are the display light not working? The fuse would not be aproblem in less it was a blown fuse. Did the display lights quit working? The power card on the stock 99 radio, cd, tape had a heat problem due to bad placement of a resistor, usually this burns up a chip or two and causes bad solder joints. I should be replaced, I suppose it is possible that the power card cooked to the point that it killed the radio...but I have not heard of this before, usually it just loses display. Look at 99 display as a topic for search and see if that helps.
