1999 to 2000 4.0L SOHC Interchange?

Digging into my 1999 Mounty's 4x4 SOHC indicates it'll need new tensioners all around and I haven't even looked under the heads yet; the gunk in this thing is incredible.

I found a rolled 2000 explorer 4x4 with a SOHC and only 50,000 miles just an hour away. The Yard's computer indicates it's not a direct interchange, something about induction, balance shaft, and externals. Anyone make this swap? Easy, moderate, difficult?

you may have to change the upper intake and sensors....maybe. fuel rails you can leave. otherwise, it will drop in with no problems.

Going to have a look at it soon. Anything other than the obvious that I can look for on the engine being it's from a roll-over (like cracks around the mounts...)?
