2 clips that come with new caliper wedges

I went to autozone and picked up a kit of 4 new disc brake slide wedges and the kit came with 2 metal clips that I have no idea as to what they are for.

Anyone know what I am talking about by chance?

Thanks alot Tbars4. I thought it might be a feeler of some kind but i wasn't sure. Kinda learning as I go!

But thanks to this forum, I was out here in IN today tearing up the snow covered streets in my "first time working since I inherited it' 4WD!

Cracks me up how everybody wants to go right to manuals ($$$) when it cost me about 8 hours and $3.00 to rebuild both front auto hubs!
