I'm going to be hitting 200,000 on my 4.0L SOHC. What do you guys recommend? Here's what I'm thinking so far:
Oil & Filter change & Air Filter
Spark Plugs
Fan Belt
I'm thinking about replacing the pulleys too, I hear some squeaking
Fuel filter
Power steering fluid change
manual transmission & t-case fluid changes
Is it worth replacing the fuel injectors?
I've changed the diff fluid many times due to installing, removing, reinstalling, removing again the Aussie locker
I changed the coolant a year or 2 ago, so it's good
The O2 sensors are not registering any codes (I replaced an upstream a year or 2 ago)
I thought hard about the timing chain. I decided I'm NOT going to invest the time and money to replace it. I still can't find a straight reliable answer whether or not the SOHC is an interference. In any event, I'm willing to drive until it breaks then I'll do a V8 swap. It will be a good cue to retire the Ex from my daily driver.
