No - you are good. Don't listen to claims of 18 in a 50/50 scenario even with a V6.
Best I can do with a true 50/50 is about 15 and a V8.
I can take pictures if you want...

Lol, I believe you.

I checked the MPG average on the dash and it said 13. I believe this is an overall average though.

It is an overall. As the brakeman pointed out if you gave the towing package that could be relevant. Another important point is “city driving” for me is no slower than 40-45mph. The worst commute for me is 20-45 on the highway in rush hour. Honestly that is 70% of the highway miles Anymore.

Also when was the last time you reset that thing?

I have the towing package but mines a V8. I reset the PCM probably less than 5k miles ago.

Something is wrong bud. I drive 50/50 highway and city and get 18.5+ avg. check your air cleaner lol? That is waaaay below what it should be.

No. Really - no. Unless you have that one Ex that defies all logic and manages to defy the laws of physics.

Ah I was talking about resetting the tracker page. Just go to it and hold the needle button things down.

Ok dude. I’ll post a pic every day since you don’t believe me.

A lot of it is how I drive too. I coast a lot and engine brake a lot just by coasting. I think that is part of it too.

My mileage is about the same but I'm using 10% ethanol, which doesn't help. Also, city driving with numerous stop lights will have an effect on mileage. Sitting idling I've watched my display go from 15 to 12 in very short amount of time.

Interesting on the fuel milage. Just went cross country Vermont to Oregon down to California back to Vermont and highway milage was on average 21.5. City 18.6. Vehicle is a 2010 mountaineer 4.0 that has 68,600 miles. Ran great. Meticulous up keep. Oil and filter between 3-4000 miles (except on the trip) Trans fluid change with filter every 20,000 miles. Knock on wood every day. Hope to get 150,000 miles or more before any engine or transmission issues
