Anti-freeze won't circulate throug radiator, and overheats, hoses do not get hot or even warm, builds little pressure but not much, changed thermostat, could radiator be cloged and should I try to flush it, or is my water pump shot, and how can I tell if pump is bad?

If the water pump is not pumping the antifreeze out of the block, what happens is there is no flow in the radiator, hoses might get warm but not hot, will build little to no pressure in the system, will overheat quickly and there would be no heat inside the vehicle. Usually the water pumps leak like a sieve thru the weep hole just as they are dying but not always. Sounds like the shaft is broken on the impeller

I think you can test by filling with water, and remove the thermostat then start her up you should have water in the up hose and if you still question it pull the upper hose and you should have a little shower if the pump is still good.
