HI Guys,
Ive got a 2000 Explorer (4.0 litre) that doesn't want to stay running. It will start and stall immediatly. I removed the tank and checked the fuel pump which seems to work when it is givin power, so i put it back in, removed the filter and turned the key and get fuel so the pump seems to be working. when i start it it runs for a few seconds and dies. I relieve the pressure in the system and turn the key to on. Checked for pressure again with the key on and there is pressure but only for a second, i removed the pump relay and put in a jumper and get pressure but it still won't stay running. Any ideas?
