2000 Explorer XLS Cruise Control Add On

Hi, I would like to add factory cruise control to my 2000 Explorer XLS. I was surprised that it did not have it already as it has every other option. My question is how can I tell how much of a kit I need? The reason I ask is that it seems to have some of the components already installed. The one I know is there is the sensor on the end of the master cylinder where the recalled harness plugs in. The harness is there but I unplugged it on the advice of a mechanic friend so as not to cause a fire. Any help is appreciated.

my 98 sport didn't come from factory with cruise, or tilt. i got everything from someone parting out a 99. it was just a plug and play for mine, even the light in the dash came on. it took me about 4 hours to put in (about 2 hours of just looking at things just so i remembered where everything went). they guy charged me $150, and he took them out for me. i could have got them cheaper if i went to a wrecker, but couldn't find any at the time. a aftermarket cruise system would have cost about $450 +.
