Haven't done it, but see no reason why not. Believe the OHV V-6 used in '94 was used along with SOHC later years, so stuff to mount a 2000 ought to be available.

BUT, if you are talking about replacing an OHV with SOHC, the electronic headaches will begin......I'm not sure when the OHV disappeared, I had a '99, maybe it was still around in 2000.
