2000 mach hu into 96 basic

Hey guys maybe u can tell me if this is worth my time. I have a 96 with am/fm cassette. Was given a mach unit with rds button out of a 2000 limited,display dont work but i just want to have cd. I have the 3 connectors that came with mach hu. Anybody tell me what needs to be wired up to make this work? I tried in a hurry the other night but mustve missed something.

Nope. Go buy an aftermarket. The display doesn't work(pain in the bum) and way to difficult to wire up. Plus you won't get any bass out of the door speakers.

If you have the harness you can put it in 96.
