2000 ohv frustration

I have replaced my maf sensor twice now, and now the code came up that it had when it was bad. Could there be another reason for the code? Perhaps a cause for blowing through maf sensors? It's running like junk and I use it everyday for work so any help would go a long way. Please and thanks!

I vaguely remember something about Ford having
trouble with faulty MAFS plug-ins. Maybe the
pins were loose? Anyway, check the MAF plug
for a good connection on all the wires.
