2000 ranger 4x4 steering lurchs

With vechicle stopped or barely moving and turning the steering wheel clockwise it lurchs or shudders . Works normal counterclockwise . Not much difference on pavement or snow . Any ideas

Check out post #141 on my thread here and see if that helps mine was real shaky and jerky until I cleaned this out now turns better than ever.
