2000 XLT rear Shackles?

So I noticed my rear shackles are pretty rusted and very thin. I seen these on ebay. They are only 40 bucks and say 2 inch rear lift. if I buy them will i need anything else? im really just wanting to replace my shackles but if they life my expo some that's a plus. should I get them?

General rule is stay away from eBay parts, I know the Warrior brand (or model, never known which) are solid choices, people here use them all the time.
