2001 Ex with EGR valve problems with my Flowmaster Exhaust

2001 Ex with EGR valve problems with my Flowmaster Exhaust. Has anyone elsehad any problem with there SOHC 4.0 with a catback exhaust system.

I don't see how it would affect the EGR. Are you getting a CEL with codes relating to the EGR? On such a new Ex, majority of EGR related codes are traced back to a vacuum leak or a bad DPFE...
