2001 Ford Explorer Tune Up

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition with a AWD 5.0 V8. I want to give it a tune up and was wondering what steps and parts I should take and use. What should I use to keep the vehicle running properly and for a longer time?

Motorcraft, Motorcraft, Motorcraft. Especially on plugs and wires. Autolite plugs are ok, but Moto's if you can get them.
