Torsion Twist

I was wondering how much lift can be gained from a TT/warrior shackles?

The Warrior Shackles can give you 1 1/4" of lift and the torsion twist can give you as much as 4.5-5" of lift.

Most people on this site that have done the torsion twist stay within the 1.5-2" inch zone though.
