We all know the economy is tight, and I was hoping to change the fuel filter myself and maybe change the steering fluid to save some money, but also don't want to screw anything up. LOL
1. I was reading in some places, maybe using a Turkey baster and sucking the fluid out, and refilling the steering fluid. Possibly doing that a few times 3-4 days apart so that it would clear the system? Any thoughts on that?
2. Is the fuel filter easily accessible to wear I could change it myself? I have about 95000 miles on my truck and it needs to be changed. And is there any special tools, or maybe anything I need to do. I was reading about the letting the pressure out before I change it
Any help you guys could give would be great.
Thanks.
