2001 sport trac wont idle until warm

I have an 01 sport trac 186,000 miles. In the morning it wont idle or stay running unless i keep my foot on the gas and rev to 1000 rpms for a minute or so then it will stay running. I have replaced the following items,

IAC
Upper and Lower manifold gaskets
DPFE sensor (EGR sensor)
Cleaned the mass air flow sensor

what should I look to next?
