I have no spark, replaced crank sensor and it has 12v to coil pack, security light not flashing rapidly. Just did timing chains and cassettes. I found one wire to crank sensor to be 5 ohms to ground but I didn't pinch any wires.
Can anyone tell me where to find wiring diagram for engine or have any help you can give before I replace computer? Is they a way to double check that the security is not causing the problem?

Pretty sure the security system disables the starter. So if it's cranking, then the issue should be elsewhere. Someone else may confirm this.

disables injectors

On my 2000 Sport if the PCM doesn't recognize the PATS key it disables the fuel injectors but the starter motor still cranks and there is spark. However, the THEFT rapidly flashes.

Make sure the camshaft position sensor is connected. It lets the PCM determine if the cylinder is on exhaust or compression stroke. Is there battery voltage to the coilpack when the ignition is on?

If not, check fuse 38 in the battery junction box. Sometimes the ignition capacitor fails in a shorted mode blowing the fuse. Try disconnecting the capacitor. Also, clean the corrosion off the coilpack where the mounting bolts are. The bolts provide a path to ground for the primary windings of the coilpack.

I would also check the resistance of the coilpack itself - theres a spec chart/diagram on here somewhere  mine looked perfectly fine from the outside but tested bad, sure enough that was the problem

Got it

It was CK sensor wires. During assembly, I had a hard time getting timing cover into position (getting top of T cover under head) and I must have pinched loom enough to short all three wires together. Instead of checking to ground I should have checked between wires. It wasn't pinched when I was finished but damage was done. That you for all the tips and will chat on the next one.

Also, for anyone having issues with the auto door locks/door ajar doing weird things momentarily and intermittently I have designed and made what I call a electrical trap that allows you to identify what door is causing your intermittent problem. If interested I will share design. Parts where less than 50 bucks and not hearing the wife complain of the door ajar alarming and locks cycling intermittent and/or momentarily whenever wherever.......priceless.
