2002 Explorer aux jack

Does anybody know how to install a aux jack into 02 Explorer factory cd/cass unit? Looking for cheapest / easiest way to add plug. Want to be able to plug in mp3 through headphone jack. Should I attempt this myself or go to a best buy? Also will I be able to use factory voulume controls or will I be limited to mp3 controls? any help....

Then run a RCA to miniplug cable wherever you want to have your mp3 player.
