My Dads 2002 Explorer 4.0 XLT makes a clunk sound when it shifts into overdrive. It does this intermittantly, although more often than not. It does it mostly during normal acceleration. No issues with slipping, or slow engagement. Truck has about 135000 miles, trans fluid has just been flushed, (didn't help problem any). any pointers on where to start troubleshooting?
