The rear headrests on my just purchased 2002 Explorer appear to be broken. They are loose and "floppy" (technical term) on the posts. Looks to me like they are designed to be a dual position headrest, laying down when there are no rear passengers (to increase rear visibility I assume),....and then, standing up when needed.
Any tips on how to fix these? Wondering if this might be a safety issue, and if there might be a recall or campaign to fix them at no charge??
