This actually is far from my first post on the website (used to be ExplorerXLT95 waaaaaaaaaay back in the first days of the site), but I haven't been on in a long, long, long time. I sold my '95 XLT and bought a 2003 Cobra and have since bought a 2000 Explorer XLT...

ANYWAYS, my question is simply this:

Will 2003/4 Cobra wheels fit on a 2000 Explorer XLT(4wd)?? I really like the wheels and I would love to get a set for the Explorer....

I'd appreciate any help or advice you can lend. I've been away from the Explorers too long and this one is quite different from my '95.

Also, can the torsion bar flip be done to lower the front end?? I still have lowering blocks (only 2", nothing drastic) for the rear, but curious about the front....

Also, anyone make decent "performance" (if there is such a thing on an SUV) shocks for the 2000 Explorer, aside from explorerexpress.com??

Thanks in advance for the information... It's good to be back :chug:

Yeah they will bolt right up. Unless Ford has changed their bolt patters, and I dont think they have. As you can see from my avatar and by clicking on my Registery link in my sig. I have cobera wheels on my Explorer. Look for me running around Annapolis too :)

I dont know about the torsion flip, I did a twist on mine and evened it out. Front and rear are all the exact same higth.

And I have Edelbroc IAC shocks on my Ex. I like them.
