2003 Explorer floor vents not working

Hey I am new here, but I need help with my vents...My heater is working great up top, but when I switch the control to head/feet or just to feet there is no heat coming out...my toes are freezing and I would love some help with this...Thanks!!

You will have to check all the vacuum motors and doors. You can look at them if you drop the glovebox.
