2003 Explorer Fuel Filter Location

Can anybody tell me where the fuel filter is located on my 2003 explorer with 4.0 V6,and what special tools are needed?

The filter is located just in front of the fuel tank on the underside of the truck. As far as tools needed, I'm not too sure. Good luck.
