2003 explorer limited keeps blowing fuse 41

My explorer keeps blowing fuse 4. All 4 o2 sensors recently replaced. I traced the wiring and cant find any issues. What else can it be? Please help. I need my car so i can work

Seems like the wiring at the PCM and the fuse box will need checked if there’s no issues with the wiring to the O2 sensors.
