2003 explorer shifts in and out of OD

Hello. New here and wanted to say that this is a great forum. I have a 2003 Explorer that I have had the usual transmission problems associated with this vehicle. The transmission has recently been rebuilt. Now it has started shifting in and out of overdrive going down the highway. No codes displayed. Anyone had this problem before and, if so, what was the fix?

Is it overdrive or torque converter lock up? There is a oring on the input shaft which falls apart or is missing and will cause lockup problems.

I would say that it is torque converter lock up because it only changes about 200 to 300 RPM. Thank you for the reply. I will check into this.
