Hey new to the forum,So hello to all who might respond/help with my problem
.So the problem started a few months ago and i just ignored it and grown acustom to how it was driving,to say the least it has a decent power loss..So i started off by changing the coils..all 8 and i put the motorcraft plugs..platinum i belive sp 493? and this seem to help i can tell a difference it did give some pep back and smoothness.but it seems real sluggish on take off almost like your forcing it to go..its also intermitent sometimes il be driving and its like 2 more cylinders kicked in and il have to let off the throttle from my current pedal postion.I dont think it is anything to do with my coils or plugs because i did see an improvement. It idles great no stalling or idle fluxuation..i also filled it up with good gas and a fuel injector cleaner when i changed the plugs the other day,air filter is new ive tried cleaning the MAF,i reset the truck with the battery disconnected,i am leaning towards maybe a fluky TPS?or catalaytic converters..is it normal at 112k to have to change them? Thanks in advance for the help! -Ron
