If just the right rear quit working and all the rest are okay I would think it would have to be either the actuator or a wiring issue in the door harness. Do your rear doors get used a lot?

Since the rear doors get used a bunch I would bet it's a broken wire in the door harness. Usually this happens in the driver's door because it gets so much more use than the others. The wires in the black rubber conduit or boot between the door and chassis get stretched and eventually one breaks. Good luck - let us know what you find out.
