2004 ex wont start

i just got gas, drove back on hiway cruise control wont work so at 70 mph put truck in netruel to shut off and restart! usually this resets the cruise control, but truck would not start back up!! i`ve unpluged the battery/reset the fuel switch/and cranked the truck over by, bypassing the solenoid! truck did not fire seens no fuel check fuses nothing! need advise thank chrithedude

2004 explore wont start

so i called the dealership they were stumped? go figure, i heard about some fuse on the transmition is this true! or could it be i didnt reset the fuel switch in the right sequence, i do believe the car still thinks its in drive! or could it be a computer lock out! help me please!!! thanks chris

are you getting spark? if your not getting fuel can you hear fuel pump when you turn key to on position? there is speed sensor on tranny but shouldnt effect it starting. also idk if your exploder has it have u check any fuseable links on wiring harness? let me know and i can try to help you more also try doing fuel preasure test to make sure weather your getting fuel or not

also try unplugging battery for about 15 min or so to reboot brain maybe that could be problem since u reset fuel cutoff

so trucks home had a problem with battery ck`d all fuses under the hood now time to loook under the steering wheel,still thinking the car thinks its in drive!!!! help help help! charged the battery put key and nothing happens no cranking no noise but i can jump the starter and we have juice, something computerly is holding the starter out!!

so i noticed that the fuel gage nedle didnt go up to full tank mark, so i know there is no fuel to motor, dont know if theres spark to hard to junp solinoid and see spark! so found that security system holding out! dont know how to reset it!!

the dealership found that the key, code, decoded? they made two new ones and said its ready! what do you think!
