2004 explorer lift options

hey guys, so i have an 04 with idf and idr suspension, is an axle swap my only option on getting a lift? i heard once there were some kind of spacers you could put on the stock suspension to give it an extra inch or two but i havent been able to find what they were talking about. thanks for the help!

a body lift will get you 3 inches.
or coil spring spacers will get you between one and two.
