2004 Explorer. Over heating problem.

Have an 04 ex and it is overheating t-stat ok can't find any leaks, flushed radiator, have tried refilling from all points to remove air pockets, still gets hot, boils out 1 gal water in 10-15 miles, any one know if and location of a air bleeder valve. thanks for some help, Please ronsname

check your lower thermostat housing

check your lower thermostat housing they warp i just changed mine a few days ago noticed no leaks just loss of coolant they run u about 60 bucks at ford dealership thats the only place to get em they are really easy o change with pliers flat head screw driver and 8 inch deep socket
