Can someone help me? I have a 04 explorer and sometimes when I let go of the gas I get a clunking noise and it rides rough.any ideas

HI welcome to the site. You may want to check your U-Joints. They would make your truck drive rough and also make noise when you let go of the gas.

Thanks ill check. The mecanic said it could be the transfer case they already changed 3 of them. Also when he moved the drive shaft it moved just a little bit? Do you think it could be the tires are not the same size?

With any 4WD vehicle you should make sure that the tires are all the same size and tread pattern, because it could lead to transfer case issues.

I checked right now and the tires in front are p245 70R16 107S and back are same but 106S do you think it can be differential or cv joints? Wat are symptoms of those?
