I have a 2004 Explorer with a 4.0. When I tried to start it yesterday I had no response, granted I live in Minnesota and the temp was -20. I tried to jumpstart it and it didn't seem to help. I thought that it was the battery so I bought a new one and installed it, still there was no response. Next I bought a new starter and installed that also, still no response. I jumped the battery terminal to the ignition terminal on the solenoid, the stater engaged. I then tried to start it with the key and nothing happens. Does anyone have any advise that can help me out?
