2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Baurer problems

Hi I have a 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer with dual climate controls. I turn heat on front vents all the way to 90. One blows heat, the other blows cold, even if I turn the defrost on it does the same thing. When I turn the AC on I can barely feel the air coming out of the vents. Any ideas or help?

i'd be looking for a broken blend door actuator or something similar to that. i have also had problems with the vacuum actuator nearest the glove compartment on the inside of the dash. they break away from the doors rendering them useless. i am unsure of what exactly one looks like on the inside with dual climate control. i have had one but never had a problem with it. hope this gives you a place to start.
