2004 ford explorer powe windows radio stopped working

What would cause the power windows and the radio to stop working at the same time? I'm confused please help. Thanks

Turning the key to "off".. Check the simple stuff first, fuses and the connections you can see. Third gens are not my strong point so I cant tell you exact details, but you may have a relay or fuse that supplies several circuit at once. Also, newer vehicles run a lot of features through the BCM or body control module. A failure here could be the cause of several things going bad at once.

I would search the forum and see what you can find on both issues and see if they tie together anywhere.
